A simple agreement
for using My Minute Mix.

My Minute Mix provides a service that allows you to save URLs, organize them, and build time-based content mixes to help you consume your saved internet efficiently. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and your authentication credentials. You agree not to share your account access with others and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You retain any applicable rights you hold in the content you save to My Minute Mix.

In order to provide the service, you grant My Minute Mix the limited rights necessary to process, store, and analyze your saved URLs, metadata, and associated information solely for the purpose of organizing your library, generating your mixes, and — if you choose to create a public link for a mix — displaying that mix’s lineup to anyone with the link until you turn sharing off.

My Minute Mix acts as an organizational tool that may link to or surface content hosted by third parties. We do not own, control, or take responsibility for the contents of these third-party websites or services. Your interaction with any third-party content is solely between you and the respective publisher.

You agree not to use My Minute Mix to:

• Engage in any unlawful activity, or use public mix links to distribute unlawful, deceptive, or harmful links.
• Abuse, harass, or harm others.
• Launch security attacks, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service.
• Engage in malicious automated scraping or abuse of our systems.
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights.

The time we put against a saved item is an estimate. For a video or a podcast we use the length the platform publishes. For an article we estimate from its length, at an average reading pace, and how close that lands for you depends on how fast you read and on whether the page we measured is the page you get.

A mix is assembled from those estimates, so a mix can run over or under the time you asked for. Treat the numbers as a good guide rather than a promise.

My Minute Mix owns all rights, title, and interest in the My Minute Mix software, interface design, branding, and original content. This ownership is distinct from your saved content and third-party content. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary software or design without our prior consent.

While we strive for high reliability, the service may occasionally be unavailable during maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at our discretion, and we do not guarantee 100% uptime.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties regarding the accuracy of our time estimates, the items a mix selects, the availability of third-party content, and the uninterrupted nature of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Minute Mix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the service if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a risk to the platform. You may also end this agreement at any time by asking us to delete your account through the contact form, which we will do within 30 days.

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
